With more than 4 million active hosts in more than 220 countries, Airbnb has a big share in the lodging market. Airbnb as a platform makes it possible to rent and lease unique accommodations.

The Community Manager will initially be responsible for building the online community for Hosts and help with the offline community building efforts in The Netherlands.

This is a key role for Airbnb's success on the supply side of their business. You are responsible for developing deep knowledge of the market and become the go-to source for all information relating to local trends and market dynamics for internal and external partners.

As a Community Manager you will balance the needs of the hosting community with those of Airbnb. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Localise and track and report on the local community KPI's;
• Co-develop, implement and drive the territory execution of the operating system, including delivery of Monthly Business Reviews;
• Develop and unlock collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders;
• Work closely with the Country Manager and Regional Community Manager to support short- and long-term growth, engagement and Impact goals;
• Regional innovation and implementation.

The candidate that we're looking for: * Fluent in English (oral and writing); * 8+ years of relevant working experience, in Community Building, Strategy, and Innovation; * Familiar with the hospitality/tourism industry; * Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills; * Experience in process management.
