Before you start as a Sales Development Representative, it is important that you know the organization and products well, which is why you will start with extensive training. As part of your training you will also spend 1-2 weeks in one of the other offices for training and to meet colleagues. After this, your responsibilities will consist of:

  • You are the first point of contact with potential new customers;
  • You will do proactive outbound prospecting, reaching out to prospects by phone, mail, LinkedIn, and other digital channels;
  • You will manage and qualify incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns;
  • You understand potential customer pain points and needs and generate interest in solutions;
  • You will provide Sales Managers with detailed notes for the qualifying leads and assure the opportunity is understood so next steps are clearly defined;
  • Based on your experience and track record, you might hold customer meetings and close deals on your own.

They're a FinTech with thousands of customers already from blue chip Banks, Insurance companies and Pension Funds to leading Wealth Managers, Big Corporates but also Individuals who use their Webtrading platforms to make money with money. Other benefits:

  • A salary based on knowledge and skills between €36,000 - €45,000 gross per year.
  • An additional commission of €10,000 - €12,000 per year can be earned on this.
  • Cell phone plus monthly subscription.

  • Flexible working arrangements (they love the office but are happy to work from home 2 days a week).
  • They can help you apply for the 30% tax rule (30% of your income is tax free if you qualify).

How we'll proceed?

Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Gestelde eisen

The following points describe you: * You have strong sales and influencing skills; * You have 1+ years of experience in a similar role or have just graduated from a commercially oriented study or similar; * You have strong communication skills in English, Dutch and German; * You have an interest in the financial markets and #FinTech technology; * You are a self-starter and results-oriented person willing to work in a fast-paced environment; * You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree; * You are results-oriented and love measurable results and strive to be the best; * You have the ability to make remote presentations to all levels of client organizations; * If you have made money trading Crypto or Equities in recent years and understand financial instruments then you already know our world. If you are a Quant with commercial skills you also understand our world.
