Spanish/English call center agent for our Social Media team in Amsterdam

Are you looking for a fun and challenging job in the best call center related to the airline industry and do you have affinity or experience in this branch, and like working in a young & dynamic environment then we are looking for you!

The organisation provides KLM, Air France and Delta Airlines with Sales- & Service activities. We provide our services to 19 West-European countries in 11 different languages!

As a Call center agent in our Sales and Service Centre you answer travel related questions coming from KLM’s customers and, if applicable, travel agents. You suggest opportunities for them to fly with KLM and make the travel reservations or help them solve their own specific problem while visiting our social media, for example Facebook and Twitter. You look for improvements in the process and take further action if needed.

Gestelde eisen

Sounds good, doesn’t it? But, because we provide the highest possible level of quality we do ask for the following:

• General (HAVO) or Professional (MBO) secondary education level of work and perception

• Excellent Knowledge of Spanish and English, both written and spoken

• We prefer experience in working at a call centre and/or in a travel/ airline related industry.
