Company profile Business Controller IT
Business controller for the Headquarters of a telecom/IT/media company. This company is part of a big international organization. As a business controller you're located at the central control department and in this role your focus will be the Corporate Information Office (IT staf department).
Job subscription Business Controller IT
As a business controller you are a sparring partner of the IT department and ensuring proper financial support. You coordinate a small financial control team and report directly to the Director Financial Control. Next to reporting and analysis you'll be involved in business cases such as strategic initiatives, Merger & Acquisitions and network related initatives.
- Preperation and presentation of the budgets and re-forecasts in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage the budget/project/cost control process
- Act as a sparring partner to the Management of the IT department
- Maintain transfer pricing process, including providing input for transfer price calculations
- Manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial data
- Review and preperation of accruals, fixed asset review
- Participate in (strategic) business cases
Job criteria Business Controller IT
Requirements for the Business Controller IT:
- University level (study in Finance and Accounting of Business Economics)
- 7-10 years of experience in a relevant finance position
- Ability to deal with high pressure assignments and strict deadlines
- Relevant supervisory/management experience
- Fluently English (and preferably Dutch), good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS office, Oracle and Hyperion
Offer for Business Controller IT
The salary indication for the Business Controller IT depends on background and working experiences. Next to salary and holidaypayment there is a bonus arrangement of 10%.
