Order Management, one of the world's largest makers of data storage products and effective storage solutions is looking for an Order Manager, who speaks and writes fluenty English.

Job profile: Order Management (English)
Interface with assigned account managers and sales managers to handle all administrative aspects associated with customer accounts for the demand operations organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•  Establish customer profiles in established database system (Creating customers, ship to locations, maintaining customer part number cross reference etc); 


•  Receive and enter customer orders through order entry system (trade orders, internal orders, sample orders, accommodation orders etc); 


•  Manage system operations for order lifecycle (booking, prioritizing and scheduling orders); 


•  Receive and enter customer inventory and sell-thru data weekly (entering onhand inventory, sell-thru data, performing reseller merge etc); 


•  Receive and validate customer POS (point of sale) data for accuracy and timeliness of submission.


• Answer queries related to shipments being returned for warranty service. 


• Track shipment in their own shipments tracking systems.


• Run Basic report as required/requested from Account Management.

• Calculate figures and amount such as discounts proportions, percentages, rate, area, circumference and volume


• Apply concepts of basic mathematics


• Proficiently solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists 


• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form


• Read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, customer contracts, special pricing agreements, basic inventory reports 


•  Write moderately complex reports, business correspondence 


• Investigate common inquiries or complaints from customers and provide appropriate feedback that allows the Account Manager to close the issue with the customer

• 2-3 years system and data entry experience;


• Oracle ERP system knowledge from data entry point of view;


• Web application input and manipulation;


• Intermediate skills in MS
