Bedrijfsprofiel Business Analist
Business Analist gezocht voor Collective Brands, een grote Amerikaanse speler op de mode markt. In Heerhugowaard staat het Europese hoofdkantoor. Alle Europese activiteiten (Marketing, Sales, Logistiek, HRM, Finance etc.) worden vanuit dit hoofdkantoor geregeld. Voor dit hoofdkantoor zoeken wij nu een zeer cijfermatig ingesteld persoon die verantwoordelijk wordt voor allerlei business (niet finance) gerelateerde rapportages. Omdat het om een functie gaat in een Engelstalige omgeving is de rol verder in het Engels opgesteld.


Functieomschrijving Business Analist
PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES/ OBJECTIVES
• Facilitate all Business Intelligence report writing and distribution on behalf on the European Headquarters LT and their respective departments to maximize efficiencies and leverage best practices.
• Provide support and oversight to Value Added Services (VAS) capabilities and practices.
• For CORE implementation and other software upgrades will assist in the development of business test cases, test plans, SOPS.
• Liaise with FP&A to share best practices and as well to avoid overlap.
• Will provide training on report interpretation and software utilization as necessary.
• Will assist in the updating of all SOPS for the facility and maintenance of Master Operations Manuals.
• Will coordinate the retention of files for the facility based on file nature and associated regulations.
• Will provide data analysis and recommendations as needed.
• Will provide back-up with Shared Service Group as required.
• Will be assigned membership in various cross functional business projects as required.
• Will be expected to develop and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Will be required to model CBI Performance & Lifestyle Group Stride Guiding Principles.
• Enter and maintain all data changes in CORE system at a Master Data level.
NATURE & SCOPE
The Europe Shared Service Business Analyst reports directly to the Shared Services Team Leader. He/she is responsible to execute responsibilities according to the Shared Service vision of strategic support to the European Headquarters facility. By communicating with and relating to internal and external customers at all levels and locations, he/she will support all partnerships, understand and solve internal and external customer needs, gain respect and trust and assist in growing our business. The Europe Shared Business Analyst must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
