Bedrijfsprofiel Junior Business Controller
Junior Business Controller voor een Europees Hoofdkantoor van internationale organisatie in de mode branche. Deze organisatie brengt een aantal grote mode merken op de markt en heeft in Nederland een Hoofdkantoor gevestigd met een distributiecentrum.
Functieomschrijving Junior Business Controller
Als Junior Business Controller geef je inzicht in de business door middel van verschillende analyses. Je rapporteert verschillende kpi's zoals omzetcijfers, voorraden, marges, afnames etcetera. Je kijkt hierbij naar verschillende landen en naar de verschillende mode merken. Je werkt in een internationale omgeving en de voertaal zal in deze functie ook vaak Engels zijn.
- Assists in drive the Planning & Analyses process. Ensure margins and selling costs meet financial targets.
- Supports and assist in the preparation of the weekly sales, margin and the ROP (revised operating plan) annual business planÂ
- Provide analyses versus budget and forecast by brand, channel, and account
- Coordinates the capital expenditure approval process and monitors spending against approved budgets
- Together with the Assistant Controllers produce the shipped & open report (including backlog)
- Reports on variance against previous period, analyses impact for forecast reporting and sends to US after validation by controllers
- Run weekly stock report (inventory) to analyze and validate aging and quality of the stock.
Functiecriteria Junior Business Controller
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting/analyst experience
- the ability to establish and build positive working relationships with associates at various levels and functions
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, while still achieving accuracy and deadlines, is essential.
- This individual must possess strong working knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel, Word and powerpoint)Â
- Experience with SAP and MS Access is a plus
