Supply Specialist Branded Products Schiphol is part of the international Branded Products Supply Operations team.
By an American High Tech manufacturer company with their European HQ at Schiphol. All sales support, distribution and accounting issues are centralized here for the EMEA Region.


Responsibilities Supply Specialist Branded Products
Supply Specialist Branded Products Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report the inbound supply chain and manage the day to day physical shipments to and from the EMEA-based 3rd Party Value Add Suppliers / Turn Key Providers and distribution / fulfillment of Branded Products in EMEA.


• Manage the inventory levels of Branded Products FGI including MRB inventory.


• Execute the Branded Product sample shipping process. 


• Monitor the output of our 3rd Party Fulfillment Provider. 


• Attend quarterly business review with 3rd Party Value Add Suppliers / Turn Key Providers and 3RD Party Fulfillment Providers. 


• Provide Branded Products inventory visibility and inventory accuracy data. 


• Work with IT, Logistics and 3rd party Logistics Providers to resolve system issues related to Branded products. 


• Train new 3rd Party Value Add Suppliers / Turn Key Providers employees on WD systems. 


• Ensure adherence to customer routing guides and adherence to customer specific requirements. 


• Resolve Branded Products shipment issues with Logistics department and / or the 3rd party Logistics Providers.


• Provide proof of deliveries for Branded Products shipments as requested. 


• Provide responses to business requests related to Branded Products logistics. 


• Execute the stop ship directives for Branded Products in the EMEA region. 


• Recommend solutions to automate processes where applicable and beneficial. 


• Maintain a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments and management. 


• Secondary contact for internal and external auditors in providing requested information in support of audits related to Branded Products. 


• Supervise year end physical inventory - coordination and execution for Branded Products. 


• Adherence to documentation requirements such as proof of deliveries, insurance certificates etc. 


• Secondary contact for customer freight claims against our freight forwarders for un-delivered, late or damaged shipments of Branded Products. 


• Secondary contact managing claims against us by our customers in regards to un-delivered, late or damaged shipments of Branded Products. 


• Handle refused shipments, customer returns and damaged shipments of Branded Products and
