Business Consultants (junior, medior and senior) wanted for leading Amercian Consulting Firm: 
This organization provides strategic advice to clients on issues at the cusp of business and technology. They provide application, infrastructure and business process services, while the consultancy business unit provides an enhanced value proposition by helping clients tackle business problems that can often be addressed by technology solutions. The organization is a pioneer in leveraging the global service delivery model for Consulting.

Responsibilities Business Consultant
Engagement Delivery a.o.:

• Lead client engagements and work closely with offshore associates and analysts related to the Business Unit SS (off-shoring strategy, IT strategy/organization, governance, business strategy, portfolio analysis, technology rationalization, organizational change management) 


• Ensure high quality deliverables from engagement teams of 2-5 analysts


• Devise approach to solving complex problems. Manage conflicting stakeholder expectations. Manage project scope 


• Ability to identify the appropriate approach, tools and methodologies to perform analysis and draw conclusions. Drive the team in conducting high quality analysis. Ability to articulate findings and conclusions based on analysis 

Business Development a.o.

• Identify potential opportunities and develop industry specific Business Unit Offerings. 


• Participate in developing go to market strategies and manage execution

You identify potential areas for white paper development and you write articles/whitepapers that demonstrate thought leadership. Leading knowledge asset development from a domain/technology/service perspective is self-evident.

Requirements Business Consultant

• Must have strong consulting, project management and communication skills


• Ability to interface with executive management of the likes of CIO, CEO, CFO, CTOs of large organizations


• International/Global experience


• Deep knowledge of the application and business process offshoring industry


• At least two "spike" i.e. deep expertise in the technology and business landscape of at least one industry (e.g. banking)


• 3-10 years in a global technology service or consulting organization 


• Masters in Business Administration (or PhD) from a premier institute with specialization in Information Systems or advanced degree in Information Technology 


• Fluent in English + preferably fluent in one or more European language (German, French, Dutch)
