Interim/zzp payroll specialist

Algemene omschrijving

• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with internal customers and HR business partner and align expectations with them accordingly;
• Correct, accumulate, submit, control and communicate salary input information to our external payroll processor (ADP);
• Handle questions from employees regarding payroll;
• Help if needed with special projects as requested by management;
• Audit payroll information submitted and provided by an external payroll processor. (pre-check)

Gestelde eisen

• Candidate must be an experienced user of Permanll TWK;
• PDL diploma and/or at least 1 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
• Strong communication skills both in Dutch and English;
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands;
• Knowledge of Social Security, taxes and employment legislation in The Netherlands;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills (Access skills a plus);
• Ability to work under pressure and make things happen. You can drive plans through to a success conclusion (a real self starter);
• Energetic, initiative and service oriented personality;
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands and live in the Randstad area;
• Available full-time
