Business Analyst

Algemene omschrijving

• Interpret the needs of the stakeholders and translate these in to business rules/requirements documentation and highlight any challenges.
• Maintain and keep requirements documentation for active initiatives up to date, thus providing accurate reference material for development, testing and operational handover.
• Review and provide feedback on functional specifications and system design specifications.
• Provide input in relation to design elements of product and how these can be developed and tested.
• Discuss, propose and initiate any process changes around the use of the Business Systems, including the translation of technical specifications to the business.
• Review and assess business change requests and undertake impact analysis.
• Support the Operational Handover process of change requests and new initiatives, and provide second line support for any operational issues.

• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to work within and adapt to a dynamic working environment
• Possesses understanding in the areas of development, technical design and functional design
• A minimum of 4 years experience in an IT environment as a business analyst
• Experience in communicating to people in all levels in the organization
• Knowledge of and experience with planning and sales processes
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Other European language skill(s) is an advantage.
