Site Secretary

For a project the site organization seeks a Site Secretary to work within a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the overall construction and commissioning of the power plant. The position will be based at the site location, Diemen. Scope of activities:

• Handle the Site Damage process;
• Handle the Site Insurance process;
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Daily updates and prepare the monthly overview;
• Prepare overviews for the overtime;
• Handle FZ-, FH-, Holiday- and forms for Business trips;
• Handle the Site Vehicles;
• Arrange the Site Accommodation System first class;
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters;
• Handle the Travel expenses for SSM;
• Handle the fielglass system for internal time sheets;
• Administrate the office inventory;
• Send out the internal questionary and find solutions;
• Take over the first administration for new staff at the holiday period;
• Handle purchase orders with SAP;
• Prepare, check, arrange approval and distribute Change the works orders temporary.

Gestelde eisen

Minimum requirements:

• Strong interpersonal/communicative skills;
• Clever personal skills;
• Relevant work experience, prefarably at a similair site;
• Perfect reading, speaking and writing in English;
• Familiar with SAP Purchasing.
