Algemene omschrijving
- Correct and timely delivery and distribution of EU suppliers, contracts, and price lists
- Access to high quality and correct data needed for Category Management team
- Provide support to Business Units and Suppliers and thereby effectively managing the available resources. Ensure that deadlines are met and drive progress where necessary
- Responsible for correct and timely (product) information flow between Category Management team, Suppliers and Business Units, including contracts and pricelists
- Accountable for the storing and the classification of the EU Contracts & Price Lists as received from the categories into the appropriated toolset.
- Accountable for the management of the Price Evolution File, for sharing price movements of Staples suppliers, as received from the categories throughout the organization
- Focal point for the Business Units for all communications concerned to the EU Suppliers, Contracts & Price Lists (new release, amendment, deletion etc.)
- Focal point for reaching out to EU suppliers, in order to retrieve their purchase volume values and/or any other piece of information to validate our internal data as the basis for rebate calculations
- Handles and coordinates data queries in the area of EU Suppliers, Contracts and Price List data management
- Analyze all incoming data, define trends and deviations and suggest follow-up actions as input for Category Management team
Gestelde eisen
- Bachelor (hbo) Level in business management or supply chain Management (approximatly tree years of working experience) or a College (mbo) degree with tree til five years of working experience
- International orientation is a must, international experience is preferrable
- Pro-active attitude with the capability to work independantly
- Excellent knowledge of MsOffice (in particular MS Access)
- Fluency in English is a must. Any other European language is considered as an advantage
- Analytical person with numerical and schematic skills
- Result driven and eye for detail
