Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager you are responsible for all aspects of Warehouse activities. This includes receiving, material handling, storage, picking/packing/shipping, inventory control, kit builds/reworks, returns, as well as Logistics support. Your team consist of 3 direct reports and ca. 25 indirect reports. You will report into the Warehousing & Logistics Manager EMEA.

In this high-tech environment you are additionally responsible for the following:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding safety, regulatory and hazardous materials, as well as internal policies and procedures;
• Implement best practice procedures and processes to meet company goals and objectives related to customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy and efficiency;
• Responsible for maintaining and improving OTIF (on-time and in-full) delivery performance, inventory accuracy and productivity;
• Proactively respond with a sense of urgency, analyze and resolve work problems, or assist others in solving work problems;
• Develop one unified Warehouse team and have everyone trained on all aspects of receiving, material handling and picking/packing/shipping;
• Develop Warehouse SOP's aligned with all regions and localized;
• Recommend, design and layout Warehouse and equipment when required to support business growth.

Gestelde eisen

• Bachelor degree or similar;
• 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar role (this can be a production, warehousing, logistics environment);
• Experience in leading and motivating a team, teamwork is essential;
• Experience with SAP is preferred;
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple working structures;
• Effective written and oral communication in English and preferably one other European language.

Aanbod

• Salary indication € 50.000 - € 60.000 fixed gross annual salary depending on candidate experience, excluding bonus & travel costs;
