They are looking for talented, smart, and hard working software engineers. You are expected to have a large impact on the products and to make a defining contribution to the quality of our recognition solutions. The role is diverse and challenging as it involves both solving difficult language engineering tasks and interaction with clients in practical projects.

We expect excellent programming skills in Java and other object oriented languages, familiarity with developing under Linux and Windows, and a self-motivated, ambitious and creative personality

Gestelde eisen

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in natural language processing, machine learning, information extraction, web mining, pattern recognition, information theory, algorithms, data structures is a plus. Focused on delivering high quality enterprise level software.

Knowledge of:

• Linux, Windows;
• Java, SQL, XML, Tomcat, HTML, Javascript;
• Full software life-cycle
• Good software design and engineering practices
• Experience with recruitment, HRMS, or applicant tracking systems is a plus;
• Delivering on time and within budget

You have:

• The talent to design and write elegant software
• The tendency to diagnose and solve problems efficiently
• Good team working and communication skills in Dutch and English
• The desire to work in an accurate way
• A knack for taking responsibility for your own and your team's results
• Strong multitasking skills,even under pressure.
