IT Projectleader

Algemene omschrijving

As IT project leader you will be responsible for coordinating, planning and delivering IT (software) projects. You will be the primary point of contact and delivery manager across all products. In this role you will communicate on the status, progress and decisions made and you will act as the link between IT and (internal) customers as well as the support organization.

You have a technical streak (a background in software development or infrastructure, for example). We use Agile and SCRUM, so a knowledge of and experience with these development methods is important - this is also necessary in order to be able to perform a coaching and support role toward the teams. Thanks to your infectious enthusiasm you are able to lead your teams' efforts in a positive manner. Your co-workers see you as a point of contact and know they can put any questions they may have to you, partly due to your good technical background. In this role you will have plenty of freedom and input in terms of how the product will look, and how you plan your projects.

Gestelde eisen

• Demonstrable experience in project management of software projects
• Background in software development
• Knowledge of and experience with iterative development and project management processes
• Professional and intellectual capacities at higher professional education (HBO) level or higher
• Good command of written and spoken Dutch and English
• Excellent social and strong communication skills
• Ability to handle stress
• Relevant market and product knowledge will be an (important) advantage
• Excellent organizational capabilities
• Healthy dose of common sense and a capacity to resolve issues in a creative manner
• Proactive, not afraid to assume a pioneering role
