Senior Java Developer

Algemene omschrijving

As the Senior Java developer you will:

• Be a key team member in the development and design of new projects; 
• Coaching of junior and medior developers (guide them through architecture and procedures, be a mentor helping with skills development);
• Think with your colleagues about architectural directions and help work them out; 
• Continuously help improve the development work in all areas (coding, processes, tools, testing, etcetera); 
• Be a technical sparring partner for the organization to help the business create efficient and effective requirements. 
• Work with your international counterparts

Gestelde eisen

• You have extensive experience in on-line or related areas, with at least a demonstrable 10 years of full-time employment.
• You can lead up in Java, so you are an expert in the language and preferably have good knowledge of what it means to work with large and/or distributed systems. However, you are also a well-rounded developer, and you need experience with more than just one programming language. Furthermore, you live and breathes agile development, can focus on delivering, and wants to take a leading role in improving how they work.

Salary : €55k to €65k per annum
