Algemene omschrijving
You will work together on ground-breaking projects in the field of internet infrastructure. You will use Scrum and Agile methods to produce your results. As the technical level within your new employer is high, they place great emphasis on knowledge sharing - during Friday afternoon sessions, for example. You will be given a lot of freedom to launch and develop new ideas yourself.
Core responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed plans for testing
- Carrying out product risk analyses as a basis for the test strategy
- Intake of test basis (specifications) in terms of testability
- Carrying out testing (dynamic testing)
- Examining the test object and verifying the results obtained
- Carrying out checks and investigations (static testing)
- Conserving testware. Gathering, selecting and optimizing the testware
- Reporting and communicating test results
- Maintaining the level of knowledge relevant to your working area through permanent education
- Coaching other disciplines as regards test execution
- Carrying out and supervising document review sessions
Gestelde eisen
- Exploratory testing approach (context driven testing).
- Experience with risk-based testing
- Familiarity and experience with various testing methods
- Experience with project-based system development
- Experience in Agile / SCRUM projects as a tester
- Experience in technical environments (infrastructure, web-based platforms)
- Familiar with current trends in the field of testing
- Executing complete product risk analysis
- Carrying out review sessions
- Affinity with new developments
- Knowledge of test automation tools
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms will be an advantage
- Experience with Selenium will be an advantage
