Online Beauty / Customer Service Advisor:
Paula's Choice is looking for an enthusiastic colleague with excellent customer service skills and a
background or experience in the beauty industry. As a member of our Customer Service team you will
assist our new and existing customers with their online purchases, help them choose the best products for their skin and provide after-sales service. Your responsibilities range from providing product information and skin care advice to working with customers to find solutions for any issues or
questions they may have with regard to their order or products. Acting as a brand ambassador your expertise in service and selling will help ensure that our customers get the best possible service.

Job Requirements
· Understand and support the Paula’s Choice brand and philosophy
· Deal with incoming telephone calls, chat sessions and e-mail correspondence: make product suggestions, offer advice and answer customer questions
· Work with several online back offices to check status of orders, payments, delivery
· Troubleshoot customer issues
· Process refunds, returns and exchanges

Gestelde eisen

Qualifications
· Completed High School degree
· Minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer oriented or sales position in the beauty industry, preferably in an international environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch. Passive knowledge of German is preferred but not a must
· Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software and computer savvy
· Ability to multitask and work under time pressure, problem-solving skills, accurate and attention to detail

Uren

20 uur per week, 1 dag op kantoor, de rest van de uren thuis

Salaris

€ 1.250/ € 1500 bruto op basis van 20 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en competenties

Meer informatie

We are looking for an Online Beauty / Customer Service Advisor for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
The working hours for this position can be customized and are to be mutually agreed.
After a training period, the candidate will be working from home and is required to be in our office in
Amstelveen on average 1 day per week.
